Good health is a boon. It is the real jewel of life, the most precious possession
of man. If a man loses his health, the world loses all its charms for him. Good
health can be obtained in a number of ways. These include a balanced diet, regular
exercise, good food, good thoughts, and cleanliness.
Healthy
persons can work for long hours without getting tired. They can enjoy all the
pleasures of life, whereas unhealthy persons can't. To keep good health, no
money is needed. It can be achieved only through your efforts and proper health
care. Good health can be maintained only if you are aware of the various
factors affecting it. There are certain things which are essential for keeping your
body free from diseases. Nutritious food comes first.
July is the Health
Month Celebration. It is also a time for the SJS-LS Community to reflect and to
be reminded once again to live a healthy lifestyle for a better well-being.
